Indore: In a significant boost to innovation and entrepreneurship, the Institute of Engineering & Technology (IET), DAVV, Indore, has been selected to host an MSME Incubation Centre aimed at nurturing student-led startups and fostering a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem on campus.
The proposed centre will provide aspiring entrepreneurs with mentorship, technical support, business guidance, and access to funding opportunities. The initiative is expected to encourage students to transform innovative ideas into viable business ventures while strengthening industry-academia collaboration.
The MSME Incubation Centre will focus on supporting technology-driven startups, facilitating prototype development, and helping young innovators secure financial assistance under various government schemes. The move aligns with the Government of India's vision of promoting innovation, self-employment, and startup culture among youth.
With this development, IET-DAVV further strengthens its position as a leading institution for innovation, research, and entrepreneurship, creating new opportunities for students to become job creators rather than job seekers.
